Tenancy Deposit Protection
County Property are members of The Dispute Service (TDS) which is an ARLA backed insurance scheme.
What is the TDPS?
The Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme (TDPS) is legislation introduced in April 2007 to ensure good practice in deposit handling, safeguarding deposits and effective and fair resolution of disputes.
Our landlords and tenants can be assured that all deposits held are in accordance with the strict regulations set out in the Housing Act 2004. In addition, we ensure that thorough, clear, accurate and detailed inventories are prepared, backed up with colour photographs which protects both our Landlords' and our Tenants' interests.
