County Property unveils new-look office

 Woking lettigs and sales branch

County Property are delighted to be taking part in Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday, 26th September and will tie this in with the grand opening of their newly refurbished office to the general public.

As well as a delicious selection of cakes, tea and coffee on offer in aid of Macmillan, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held, attended by the Mayor and Mayoress of Woking.

There will also be a raffle in aid of Macmillan with some fantastic prizes to be won, including a one hour Helicopter flight over London for up to 3 people worth over £500 from Phoenix helicopters.

County Property’s manager, Louise Beardmore says: “We’re looking forward to welcoming as many people as possible to our grand opening and coffee morning. Our office has had a complete refurbishment and our fresh, contemporary new look and layout offers our clients a more relaxed environment to conduct business. Due to huge demand from our clients we now offer residential sales and our modern window displays enable us to show our rental and sales properties off in the best possible light. We also now have a large reception area with comfortable sofas to welcome our landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Our complimentary coffee machine for clients is proving a popular addition!”

Local businesses, landlords, tenants and members of the public are invited to come along to enjoy some delicious cakes, take a look around the new office and have a chat with the friendly team – all for an excellent cause.

They can also check out Lettings Manager James Guyton’s beard which, after 35½ years as a clean shaven man, he has been growing for the first time ever to raise money for Macmillan.

“Macmillan provides an invaluable service providing practical, medical and financial support to those diagnosed with cancer and their families,” says Louise. “Many of our staff and clients have had personal experience of this excellent charity or know someone who has. We are very grateful to the local businesses who have donated some great prizes for our raffle which also include a photo studio session and free photo worth £200 from Lovelight Photography; Woking Football Club Tickets; a £40 voucher to spend at the The Red Lion Horsell, X5 Delta Force paintballing Tickets, Bowling or Lazer Quest; 2 Hours Garden Maintenance Vouchers; 3 Months Free gym membership at Peak Fitness in Woking and Coral Reef discounted family tickets for swimming.”

Macmillan operates across the UK, providing practical, medical and financial support to those diagnosed with cancer and their families. The World's Biggest Coffee Morning is the charity’s biggest fundraising event. Last year, 154,000 people signed up, raising a record £20 million.

Cancer is the toughest fight most people will ever face. And as treatments improve, more and more people are living with cancer in their daily lives. The money raised from the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning will help make sure no one has to face cancer alone, from the moment they’re diagnosed, through treatment and beyond.
