Are you ready for a new and challenging role in the property industry?
If you have the ambition to make your mark in the property industry, we believe we have the ideal role for you.
At CPM, we require a Saturday Home Guide to take on the important job of accompanying prospective buyers and tenants to view properties. In some cases, you will be the first point of face-to-face contact with customers, so you will be a friendly, knowledgeable and professional individual.
Your communication skills will also be of an extremely high standard, allowing you to build a strong relationship with the customers you meet and to record their details accurately.
Do you enjoy working in a challenging environment? We certainly hope so, as we will expect you to meet targets relating to the sale of properties and our services, as well as complete administrative duties in our central Woking office.
Local knowledge is crucial, as many potential buyers and tenants will be unfamiliar with the area so may wish to learn more about schools, shops and other local facilities. You will also need a full driving licence.
We can offer you a competitive salary as well as a full induction and training. Although some property market experience would be preferable, we are willing to train the right person seeking a move into the industry for the first time.
If you believe you are suited to our vacancy we would love to hear more about you, so please email your CV and a cover letter to Louise Magnus at CPM via firstname.lastname@example.org. The closing date is 20/01/2016
Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, if you are not contacted within 10 days then your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful.
Please keep reviewing our vacancies in case a suitable position arises in the future. We wish you every success with your job search.
The closing date should be treated as a guide, we reserve the right to close the vacancy once we have received sufficient applications, so we would advise you to submit your application as early as possible to prevent disappointment.
